Spot-It™ is a 4-step method that helps people handle stress and anxiety in the moment.  When you are feeling stressed or anxious, click on the Spot-It™ tab on the app.  To the best of your ability, identify the situation that is causing you the most stress and simply follow through the steps presented in the app.  Just the simple act of getting self-reflective about a situation will help to bring relief.     

To locate the Spot-It™ Mental Fitness offering, Open ActiveFit+ > Tap and open the main menu on the upper left side of your screen > Tap “Mental Fitness”. We recommend contacting an Advanta Member Services representative at [email protected] if you are still unable to access this offering.

The Spot-It™ Mental Fitness feature is provided at the discretion of each group. Contact your HR department if you have questions.

While we encourage completing multiple activities, only one activity per day will count toward your monthly goal. 

No. You are not required to participate in Spot-It™ modules to earn activities toward your monthly goal.

No, it does not.  It is part of your Benefit plan. 

From the Spot-It™ portion of the app, after you “Spot” a situation, you will see a button that says, “For More Information”.  Click on that button and it will take you to a landing page that will tell you more about the program (at this point you are outside the app. and on a new technology platform).   From that landing page, follow the steps to gain access to the course. You will be asked to enter a coupon code, fill out your name and create a password.  (No need to enter a credit card number – access to this content is part of your benefits.)

If you’ve already created a login and password, you can always login on the website whynotspot-com.  There is an option to “Login” on the upper right corner of the menu bar.  Hint:  Once you are on the whynotspot-it.com webpage, be sure to “bookmark” the course page on your browser.  This will help you easily login to the course in the future.

No, not at this time.  However, completing the online video courses will help you interact with the Spot-It portion of the ActiveFit+ app.

No, not at an individual level. We don’t provide your employer any specifics regarding your mental fitness activities. On occasion, we may share aggregate usage data at the group level to track overall participation in ActiveFit+ program.
