Who becomes a Certified Spot-It™ Coach?
There are many types of people who become Certified Spot-It™ Coaches.
Some individuals use it to get more proficient in the Method for themselves.
Often Managers are grateful to learn a practical tool they can use to help their team members when they are feeling stressed out or overwhelmed.
Human Resource Professionals like adding this certification to their credentials to set them apart from their colleagues.
Counselors and Life Coaches love it because they can deepen into the Method in every session – it never goes out of style.
Our Certification
Level 1
Level 1 Certification permits the Coach to teach the 4-Step Method in both individual and group settings (Spot-It Circles™).
The Certification consists of six,
90-minute virtual sessions taught by a Master Spot-It™ Coach. Outside class practice and study is necessary to achieve the certification.
As a Level 1 Certified Spot-It™ Coach, you can use this certification to increase your own emotional intelligence or to enhance your effectiveness as a Manager or Human Resources professional.
As a Level 1 Certified Spot-It™ Coach you can use the Method in your coaching or counseling practice to generate income.

Level 2
Level 2 Certification teaches the Level 1 Coach how to effectively lead the Spot-It™ Webinar.
The Certification consists of six,
90-minute virtual sessions taught by a Master Spot-It™ Coach. Outside class practice and study is necessary to achieve the certification.
Presenting the webinar in a competent way is required to achieve this certification. This includes both understanding the Method and mastering presentation skills. This certification will include training in both areas.
As a Level 2 Certified Spot-It™ Coach you can generate income from presenting the webinar to organizations or groups.
