Michelle Williams from Destiny's Child Learns to Speak Spot-It™

It happens. Michelle Williams from Destiny's Child was scheduled to presentation at the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst military base. But due to a travel mishap, she was delayed.  A stress inducing situation for sure - both for Michelle and for the hosts of the event. How did Michelle and the hosts navigate this situation?  By spotting it. Senior Airman Connor Runkle, the driving force behind Sean's Room and a certified Spot-It™ Coach, walked Michelle through the four steps.
